Stephanie is a senior dietitian with a strong focus on various aspects of nutrition, particularly in the following areas:

Stephanie completed her honours degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at King’s College, London, and has accumulated diverse experience in various clinical settings. In recognition of her expertise, she was appointed as an Honorary Clinical Lecturer at Macquarie University, Sydney, in 2016. Stephanie has also showcased her knowledge at national and international conferences and was honoured with an IFSO Integrated Health Scholarship in 2019.

Her passion lies in delving into the intricate world of nutritional science tailored to individual lifestyles. Stephanie promotes a pragmatic and functional approach to healthy eating, empowering her clients to make sustainable, health-conscious choices to achieve their goals.
